REST Connection - Qlik Sense

Hi,

I have to create a REST connection (see the first image) in Qlik Sense, but after I select "REST" option I am not able to do the next steps, it seems that it is loading but nothing happens (see the second image). I receive this issue only on production, on stage environment is working. Could you please help me to understand why I receive this error?

This is Qlik Sense right? Which version on Dev and Prod Server?

Qual a versão do Qlik Sense instalado nos servidores.
Além disso, existe a possibilidade de reinicialização dos serviços ou servidores?
Também tentou acessar pelo servidor porém via LOCALHOST ou pelo hostname?

Hi Mark,

Yes, this is Qlik Sense. The issue is only on Production, on Dev I am able to create a REST connection.

I have now Qlik Sense August 2023 Patch 8 on both environments.

I tried to do a restart of the services, but the issue is still present.

Geralmente quando se cria ambientes multi nó ou com servidores separados de desenvolvimento e produção, no QMC é habilitado apenas para que em determinado servidor deixe a opção de criar aplicativos e afins. Pode ser isso.

Além dessa alternativa (se estiver habilitado o desenvolvimento em ambiente de produção) verifica trocando de navegador.

You may be facing an implementation issue or a bug.
I know Qlik was having some hard time with the REST Connection drivers around August 2023 release.
There is a post about that, but it is a different issue (may be related or not): Qlik Sense May 2023 Patch 3 causes REST connection... - Qlik Community - 2096170

I would suggest contacting your partner or Qlik Support.
