&lt;P&gt;Ok, then, can you check if the Service Account using for running Qlik Sense services is administrator of the server, and has full access (write/read) on the Qlik Share folder ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Qlik Sense Peeps,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We currently experiencing failed status for License and Operations Monitor Apps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I attached shows when checking the app on the Qlik Hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Qlik Sense Enterprise May 2024 version.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Did you upgrade Qlik Sense recently ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If yes, it's because the app cannot be migrated, then maybe you can import the new one:&lt;/P&gt;

I don't have an old version of Qlik Sense in my unit. So I don't know why I encountered this error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
