First of all, my english is bad, but hopefully the following is still understandable. SFTP connection worked nicely about 6 month. But now there is error.

I created an sftp connection. Test connection = "OK". I can see folders and files, but I receive a "Not Found" error when trying to select file (see the attached file - why is the file name twice in the error message? Correct "Tree" = connection = SFTP, folder = Proj ... gnoos/ file = Proj...xlsm. But the name is twice in error message ).

When I try all this in QS desktop, everthing works fine. User Account, psw, and "fingerprint" are same for both desktop and cloud solution. There is no mapped drive, files are on local drive.

Hi,

I've seen another user with the same issue. Maybe a bug ? Did you open a case ?

Kind regards
