      <title>Qlik Support Inquiry Regarding Rim Node Issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Current Version Information&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Qlik Sense Version: 13.102.11&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Issue Description&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Currently, the Qlik Sense environment consists of the following nodes: Central, Rim, and Rim2. However, the Rim node is not properly connected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Details of the Issue:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In the QMC, the Rim node appears to be connected, but 2 out of 5 services are reported as having issues.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The status of the Rim node under QMC &amp;gt; CONFIGURE SYSTEM (Printing, Proxies) is displayed as "Stopped".&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;On the Rim server, the "Qlik Web Connectors" service fails to restart.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Even after attempting to restart all services on the server, the "Qlik Web Connectors" service remains unresponsive.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;also I believe (but I'm not a QS guru) that web connectors usually is run only on the central, not rim?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
