    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We are currently using Qlik Sense Enterprise May 2024 Release Patch 10. Qlik Native sharepoint connector requires encryption keys to be set on the server. We set up the same encryption keys on all three environments (QA, Dev and Prod). The issue we are facing is that the sharepoint connection works fine in QA and Dev but in Prod it only works by loading manually in the workspace. In Prod QMC it fails with the below error. Prod is a cluster environment with 2 nodes and the same key is set in both nodes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could it be that when you run the task manually then you run it from ServerA, and when the QMC execute the task it runs it on ServerB?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, then it could be a network/firewall issue blocking the traffic between ServerB and sharepoint on the required ports.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This would be the first thing I would try to verify if I where to troubleshoot such an issue.&lt;/P&gt;
