    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been facing continuous disconnection from my Data Files.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tested every possible scenario for almost 2 hours, and came to a conclusion that this is something technical related to my QSCB account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After replicating the APP and the DATA FILE in my "Personal Space", everything works perfect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However in my "Group Space", Whenever i go to my "Data Manager", i see an error: &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Cannot Open File: 'lib://Data Files/filename.xlsm'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;I've been facing this issue for about 2 days now (new user here).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Tried different file types (XLSM, XLSX) with no success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;The files load ok, data is in the app - but when go back to my data manager, I am unable to access the file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Screenshot attached for reference, any help is appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Current QSCB subscriber.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;&lt;IMG alt="sample.png" class="jive-image image-1" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/203595_sample.png" style="height: 272px; width: 620px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
