Missing ENCRYPTION_KEY when creating new connection

Hello Community,

we are currently using Qlik Web Connectors by integrating single web files after identifying them via https://XXX:5555/web. We want to create an connection to Office 365 Sharepoint via Qlik Sense Hub but we do get an error messing when authenticating.

Before setting an encryption key we have to following view within Qlik Hub.

We tried to set an ENCRYPTION_KEY using this instruction (Setting an encryption key | Qlik Connectors Help) and the part of "Setting an encryption key for Qlik Web Connectors) for Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows. After setting the key we can only create an new connection for "Folder" and "Web Storage Provider Connector Package" but we can not see the connection "Office 365 Sharepoint" anymore. What are we doing wrong?

We are using Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows. Any other forum discussions did not fit to my problem.
