What seems to be causing this error and how can we resolve it?

Attached here are the logs and content of the json file stated in the connectoragent logs

We are also facing this error. Data Gateway - Direct Access ver. 1.7.7 (The latest available version as of today)

Same issue here on a lot of reloads trying to open csv, xlsx or txt files.
Upgrading to version 1.7.10 didn't fix the issue. The issues have started around September 2025 when upgrading to version 1.7.6.

We also did the upgrade to 1.7.10 and indeed by default the problem didn't get fixed.

Yesterday i played around in the settings of the data gateway itself (administration -> data gateway -> ... ( the 3 dots icon behind your gateway) -> gateway settings. here I changed the following 2 parameters:

General -> Load request timeout (minutes) 0 -> 5
General -> Chunk recovery duration threshold (minutes) 60 -> 90

This morning we had no failed runs with the closing data chunk error anymore.
