I get "Client unable to establish connection" and that I should check my credentials. I'm pretty sure they are correct though.</P><P></P><P>I also can't connect via ODBC and I don't really understand the ODBC dialog that pops up when I choose this kind of data source (shouldn't I be able to enter a connection string?).</P><P></P><P>What's the preferred way to connect to SQL Azure?
