SenseHub different apps view different connection type

Hi All,

Currently I facing issue certain apps can view certain connection type in sensehub.

Example App1

Folder, ODBC, OLE DB, Web File, etc...

App2: with all the Qlik Sap connector

Please refer to screenshots.

Hi Nik,

I suppose this is with the same user ? but I ask just to be sure.

What happens when you create an app ? What would you see ?

Could you show us all the security rules that are linked to the "create" action and to "data_connection" resources to help us understand ?

Hi Thomas,

Yes same user.

When I create an app the app I dont see any issue, but sometime the app will roll back few second back when i refresh.

Security Rules for data connection is it the one as screenshot?

I guess both apps with different owners, you have access to it through security rules.

Check both the apps's owners.

Also,

Both apps have different ways of creations,

one created directly using hub and another one is imported. please correct me if wrong.

At first i thought the same as well.

Some imported apps work some dont,so after that i try create manually from hub i still face the same issue.

Yes this is one of the security rules but not the one. Please check in each

one with a "data_connection" resource and with a "" resource

Hi Sorry for the late reply.

I've checked. Looks fine, besides that the apps behave very random even the scripts will disappear from the qvf.

Then you may have a bigger problem if your script disappears. Maybe a

repository issue, did you make some change in the past few weeks ?

Hi Thomas,

I din't change anything as the server is ready 1 month ago. All the while we are using test server so far we din't encounter this issue. I also logged support ticket for this issue...
