Dynamic Filters not working on Straight Table

Hi ,

I have a straight table/qvd source with data for Portfolio and Benchmark Data. The differentiation between Portfolio and Benchmark is the value of a flag( Yes/No). I have created a straight table where I comparing returns for the Portfolio against the Benchmark .The calculations for Returns is done using set analysis for the condition of the Portfolio and the Selected Portfolio( Dynamic){Flag='No', Portfolio=[_Portfolio Selection]}

The challenge that I am facing is that on selecting a portfolio and a benchmark for comparison, the values of the portfolio gets populated in both the places.

Is it because of Set Analysis expressions?

Is there any other way I can do it?

How is the data filtering being done in the background?
