SQL problem, Studio Mgmt = ok, Database connect but no tables visible with Qlik

Hi All,

I have a strange situation, can somebody point me to a solution?

When connection from a Qlik Sense server with Studio Management (SQl server authentication), I am albe to connect and query all tables in a database. No problem at all.

When I make connection with Qlik Sense to the same SQL server, I can connect to database, choose Database and Owner without a problem. But then no tables show up. So no actual data can be extraced.

I encloded a screen dump from the situation I get when seeing no tables in Qlik Sense.

I suppose there is something wrong with the settings within SQL server (rights). I know that Studio Mgmt connect differently with SQL then de connection drivers on the Qlik server. I tried mutlipe connectors from within Qlik (oLE DB , ODBC but all have the same trange behaviour.

Any SQL specialists out there who can point me in the right direction?

I am in kind of a same situation. I am able to make connection successfully with a particular user. With the same user, I am able to pull data from various databases but unable to pull data(table) from database that I am looking into.

Here is the snapshot,

Unable to pull data, tried even admin user credentials within SSMSCreated a test DB with the same user, I am able to pull data
