OLEDB error with Oracle

Dear All,
I tried to connect to load data from DB, I loaded it many times successfully but one day while i am loading it i got this error:

The following error occurred:

Connector connect error: ErrorSource: OraOLEDB, ErrorMsg: ORA-28040: No matching authentication protocol

Do you know how to solve this issue

If I understand correct, there are few points could be

1) Could be Username name and password got changed

2) They have remove authenticate on your account

3) May be schema is not found in the DB etc.
