Connecting to SQL Server - Access Credentials are not valid for this connection

Hi Team

I have been tasked with getting up to speed with Qlik Sense and help get this implemented into our business. I have worked with Power BI before this buy my first time with Qlik Sense.

I am getting stuck at step 1: Connecting to SQL Server

Here is the error message I am getting "Access Credentials are not valid for this connection"

I am trying to connect using my account which is Sysadmin, I don't understand why Im getting the error above

Could you please help me understand why this error is showing? (See attachments)

What information do you need to help me trouble shoot?

If you want to troubleshoot the issue you can find the log files for the connection as described in the link below:
