Hi,

I have several .xlsx files in a SharePoint page named as below

ABC 1.xlsx

ABC 2.xlsx

ABC 3.xlsx

etc...

I was able to provide the link of each xlsx file under "WEB FILE" in Qlik Sense and create a connection for every file and concatenate all the data.

My question : Is it possible to create just 1 connection (ABC *. xlsx) and Qlik Sense loads the data from all the files in this location?

Thank you.

Hi Akhilesh,
I am unable to create a link to the page. Which of the below 2 formats should I use to create the connection for the page?
1. https://ABC@XYZ.com/BI/Qlik/Qlik%20Sense%20(Report)/Tracking sheet
2. \\ABC@XYZ.com\BI\Qlik\Qlik Sense (Report)\Tracking sheet

I actually tried both, but it throws a message saying "An Error Occurred: No table found in the HTML file."

Hi,

I did not find a solution. However, I found a workaround.

It is not possible to have a variable in the link & run a for loop over multiple values. Hence, I have created a QVD generator in QlikView that will run a for loop over all the similar files in one location and store the consolidated data in a QVD and I use this QVD data as the source for my Qlik Sense report.
