Oracle DB ON local host

I have Qlik sense Enterprise. Can I connect oracle database on local host by using SQL Developer ??

if yes, help me to set configuration steps ??

You might be looking for something like this:

Once you have the driver and the ODBC configured you just will need to select ODBC when creating a connection.
