Recover Data Manager Access ( Lost Due to Unlocking Auto Gen. Script )

Dear Community,

I unlocked the auto generated script while exploring the data load editor and I've recently noticed that it permanently blocked me from accessing Data Manager. I've made some progress in my app so far and I need to connect new tables, calculate new measures and generate new buckets which was very easy with Data Manger but I can't access it because of this block.

What do you suggest in order to recover this lock? Is there any trick around it? I don't want to reload all tables, re-create associations, re-calculate all measures and re-design a lot of sheets just because of this. Tip ( I didn't change anything at all in auto generated script, it was out of curiosity )
