Hi fellow Qlikers,

I´m facing an issue with using data connections on a network shared folder. I have a folder like this:

\\Servername\Sharename\subfolder\specialsubfolder\targetfolder

The special permission is that the "specialsubfolder" only allows to be transitioned by the qsservice user! (Meaning it cannot see the folder contents).

I can access the targetfolder (being logged in to the QS server desktop using the QSservice credentials I can open the folder through windows explorer), but when creating a data connection, I can only navigate to \\Servername\Sharename\subfolder\ and see the specialsubfolder. Of course I cannot open it, but when in windows explorer I paste the full path I can access the neccesary subfolder. So why is this not possible from qlik data connection editor?
