Hyperion Essbase Connector (500) Internal Server Error

I am traying to connect to Essbase using Qliksense with Essbase connector but am getting Error (500) Internal Server Error.

i made some research on internet and just few post have some kind of solution but no one can solve it.

Solution but not solution (Oracle Documents):

In Essbase Administration Services (EAS) Console, add the Essbase Server name under Provider Server node:

1. Login into the EAS server using the admin user id.
2. Navigate to Provider Servers -> Provider Server name. If the Provider Server has not been added, you will need to add it now.
3. Right-click on Standalone Server -> Create Standalone server.
4. Add the Essbase server.

This doesnt work for me!

Someone help me!
