No license is required to use the Single Configurator tool. When the visualization is actually fetched in an iFrame on a webpage, normal Qlik Sense licensing applies. That is, if the target Qlik Sense application is on QS Desktop, no license is required. If the target application is on Qlik Sense Enterprise (Server) that a license for the user using the web page is required. All security rules apply as well.
