Loading data via vpn is not working

I recently have installed the latest Version of Qlik sense Desktop. Now it is not possible to load any data via vpn Connection (within my comanies network it works fine).

any data: neither networkdata nor local data

Hi,

are your folders connected (eg can you see drive f:\) or can you see files and folders in windows explorer and open them?

Yes, data Access is fine.
I have mapped the drives the way you mentioned it.

directly after pushing the button "load data" I get the error message: unknown error

That is what I see in the scipt (I had to translate it therefor the wording might be not correct).

In the Folder SCRIPTS I only have logs from yesterday when I was in my comanies network without vpn.

It Looks like it doesn't even start to load.

Does it help to use one of the logs from Folder ENGINE

Hi,

unfortunately I haven’t found a solution yet.
But as I had to move to Qlik Server I was not force to find it.
