Operation Monitor task Fails

Dear All,

Recently I have migrated qlik sense on AWS with qlik sense ver feb 20.Qlik sense is working fine but Operation monitor task is showing running neither getting fail nor showing log so that i could analysis the issue . Please let me know what can be cause for this

I haven't had this exact problem; I had it fail every time, and I put the solution into this post:

The only time I've seen a load just stop and not fail or succeed is when the Engine service gets overloaded. See if you can restart the Qlik Engine service on the Qlik server. I had to set up a weekly task to reboot the server (every Sunday night) in order to clear processes.

There have been different reasons for this, with different solutions. Like:

Another one a couple years ago required us to make a copy of operations app and modify the load script.

I would search this forum for those discussions and try the solutions.
