Qlik Service engine is running but is stopped in Qmc Console Tab

THi all,

We have stopping and restarting all the Qlik Services in the correct order with admin grants but now in qmc shows Engine is stopped despite the Qlik Engine service is running

Any idea of the problem?

was there any resolution to this , we had a similar issue the servers are running fine but QMC shows engines are not running and app is down . After we did a server restart then we could see the app running fine again.

is the engine service fine in qmc after restart?

yes the engine service shows the servers are running after the restart.
