Mongo DB COnnector (Beta) - no servers yet eligible for rescan (error code 13053)

Hi.

We have a Qlik Sense Enterprise instance and are trying to connect to a Mongo Atlas Hosted instance. We get attached error with the Mongo DB connector though - any ideas? 🙂

@Alvaro_Palacios , unfortunately not. We ended up moving to a self hosted Mongo instance. The standard support answer was to try an upgrade, but it did not work at the time. Qlik exposes very limited logs and it was not possible to deduce the issue from the logs. If you find a solution, please post it here 🙂

OK - it's good to know. I couldn't make it work either. However, I did install a local instance of mongodb and it did work well in my first attempt. You're right when you say the error msgs and logs don't provide enouhg info to understand what's going on. I'll report this to Qlik and hopefully someone from R&D will pay attention to this. Thanks for your quick reply. 🙂
