Binary Load and "General Script Error"

Hello there!

In our current set up (Qlik Sense Enterprise & QAP), we have 'Parent' applications and 'Child' applications (which are duplicates of the parent). The Child applications pull data via a Binary Load from the Parent so that both have the same data. The QVF's are stored on a network folder to which both servers have access.

We recently noticed an issue where we are getting a 'General Script Error' for some of the child applications, but not most. We do not have section access in these apps, nor does there seem to be any consistent indication as to why some Binary loads continue to work unabated while others do not work at all.

Does anyone have insight as to what the issue may be and/or possible remedies?

Can you check if the appId has changed?

I would use Binary [location of the qvf];

The source application ID has not changed. I have tried re-writing the Binary string, but that has had no affect.
