Qlik Web Connector - Google Analytics issue

Hello everybody !

I have an issue when i try to connect with the qlik web connector as you can see on the file i link

17:48:56 An error occurred while trying to authenticate. (status code = 500, Le serveur distant a retourné une erreur : (403) Interdit., HttpStatusCode: Forbidden, StatusCode: 403, StatusDescription: Forbidden, Message: Le serveur distant a retourné une erreur : (403) Interdit., ResponseBody: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN"> <html><head> <title>403 Forbidden</title> </head><body> <h1>Forbidden</h1> <p>You don't have permission to access / on this server.</p> <p>Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.</p> </body></html> )

Is anyone already experienced this error ? I copy past the authentifcation code when i select my GA account and when i press "SAVE" tadaaaaaaa

Can you help me please ?

Hi - Can you confirm that you can log into the normal Google Analytics site:

from the same machine
using the same account
using Internet Explorer

From the same machine : OK

Using the same account : ? I think YES what do you mean by that ?

Using IE : I was on Google Chrome, but I just checked it on IE : same error message..

Still stuck...

Any idea ?

Hi - Sorry I didn't see an alert to know you had replied to this. Just to be clear here - I am asking if you can log into:

https://analytics.google.com/

(Not Qlik Web Connectors) - is this what you tried from IE?

Hi Chris !

Sorry for the late (very late) answer but it's ok ! It was a proxy setting that i forgot to put in the deploy.config file ! Now it's working fine ! Thx
