Qlikview Rest Connector Error 407 Proxy Authentication Required

Hi All,

Can anyone help on this, i am trying to connect to website through rest connector, after providing all the required field getting and error Proxy Authentication Required.

Can anybody provide the solution or alternative for this.

Hi,

I got the solution, as if you are facing proxy issue then you need to set proxy in the configure file of qlikview rest connector with the default port.

This is happening because the environment you are working is not allowing qlikview to connect with the URL.

Please check first that internet connection is there or not where you have installed the rest connector , if its working then also you are getting the error then you have to sent the proxy setting in configure file of the rest connector.

in IE is see that there is a proxy.

But i'm working with Sense. In both Web File and REST Connector i can't enter the proxy

Hi Amien,

Apology of the late reply.

In rest connector configuration file you need to define the proxy and port of the environment which is used, configuraition file you can find in the qlikrestconnector folder in c drive.
