Getting error in Qlikview odata connector

I have a odata service url, when i use qlikview odata connector to consume the data from the url i get following error:

"Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1 "

But when i use same url in Qlikview REST connector, its able to get the data.

I also tried using Excel power query odata connector which also got the data.

Can anyone help why odata connector not able to get the data ?

Authentication type is basic-with username and password.

Is there any solution to this? I'm trying to connect to an OData source, have tried several versions of the URL, and always get this error. Using Basic authentication which works through the browser, and Rest connector.

I have just started seeing this error this week, too. Has any one had any experience with this issue?
