      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to set up the Qlik Sense Desktop connection with Salesforce by SF Connector. However, I always get the following warning message "an error occurred". How Can I solve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks fosuzuki, after looking at the log file&amp;nbsp; I've solved my problem passing the correct credentials and getting all the firewall permissions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
