I've found that this acceptance of the EULA needs to be done after most if not all upgrades. We have on a number of occasions had clients caught out by this. In some cases they have not had access to the web interface in order to accept, so that has caused a bit of grief. Now I know to expect it it is not so much of an issue.

Steve

We upgraded from Nov 2018 to May 2019 WebConnector package and noticed that all the reload tasks for the web connections were failing. The following was in the task log

Error: Internal Server Error
Execution Failed
Execution finished

Was discovered that each and every existing user had to re-acknowledge the QLIK® USER LICENSE AGREEMENT on the web connector page in order to correct this issue.

Why would all of the existing users need to re-acknowledge something they have already acknowledged in the past? Has anyone else seen this?

Hi - It looks like we changed the EULA between those releases - although this is rare it may happen occasionally and so trigger a re-acceptance in the user interface. I appreciate this is a little inconvenient.
