Connector connect error: [Simba][DriverSupport](1030) Failed to decrypt data: Key not valid for use

Hi guys,

I'm trying to create an ODBC data connection in Qlik to Amazon S3 (Athena), but I'm getting the following error when I try to create the connection in Qlik Sense Server February 2020:

Connector connect error: [Simba][DriverSupport](1030) Failed to decrypt data: Key not valid for use in specified state.

Have you ever seen that error? What might have gone wrong? Here are the steps I followed:

1) I downloaded and installed Simba+Athena+1.0+64-bit

2) I configured the ODBC 64-bit System DNS driver in Windows

3) I tested the connection in Windows (success)

4) From a load script, I clicked "Create new connection", selected ODBC, my 64-bit "Amazon S3" Simba Athena connection

5) I clicked create and the error comes up

I was able to connect after having created the ODBC connection with the user that starts Qlik services.
