InfoProvider Connector

Dear community,

I hope someone of you can support my team and myself regarding a connection problem in Qlik Sense.

We want to create a dashboard which is connected to a CompositeProvider and load data from there.

Therefore we are using a CompositeProvider of type HCPR. But we receive an error message regarding timeout after about 40 minutes (Please see error message in attachment). Although we tried to load just one field of the CompositeProvider, we got the same problem.

We are using Qlik connector version 7.0.3.

Hi,

Is there any log in: C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Custom Data\QvSAPInfoProviderConnector\Log?

It seems as if the background extraction job cannot be started. Are there available background processes in the SAP system? Check in transactions SM51 / SM50.

Check in transaction SM37 if there is any log for job /QTQVC/READ_MPDATA.

Did you check memory consumption during extraction ?

Thanks a lot for your fast replies.

We updated the QLIK connectors in BW system because we found out that there was a newer version available on the QLIK Server. This resolved our issue! Nevertheless: thanks a lot for your support !
