Webconnector - Access is Denied

Good Morning Everyone,

I'm trying to use the Web Connector to bring down a file from our SFTP server and keep getting the message. Access is denied ( FileSystemAccessAllowedPaths setting in deploy.config).

I have added the following statement to the config file and stopped and restarted the service with no luck. What am I missing? Thanks

FileSystemAccessAllowedPaths setting d:\Qlikview\QVD FileSystemAccessAllowedPaths

I have the same one, but for One Drive Connector..

Hi @tmumaw ,

Could you send a screenshot of the exact message you are getting back please?

Also - you could you briefly try:

<FileSystemAccessAllowedPaths>*</FileSystemAccessAllowedPaths>

I would not recommend you leave it like this but it would be useful to know if it works.

You also need to make sure that the windows user account running the Qlik Web Connectors exe has permission to read or write from this location (looks like it will need write access from the use case you mention).

(BTW - I think the issue @Alyona mentions - if it's this one - is actually something else).
