    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm trying to access a remote folder in Qlik sense enterprise over a VPN connection.&lt;BR /&gt;When opening the folder in the windows explorer (on the qlik sense server) I can see the folder structure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="simondejager_0-1589462467000.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.qlik.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/33620i33AFBACC0EDBA3C0/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="simondejager_0-1589462467000.png" alt="simondejager_0-1589462467000.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Accessing the data loader of the application the folder structure is empty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="simondejager_1-1589462576305.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.qlik.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/33621iDBF974D3F0076F77/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="simondejager_1-1589462576305.png" alt="simondejager_1-1589462576305.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The vpn connection is running server wide, and the connector is owned by the same user that is able to access the folder structure.&lt;BR /&gt;The path in the connector is in UNC.&lt;BR /&gt;What am I missing in our setup?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the help,&lt;BR /&gt;Simon&lt;/P&gt;</description>
