Qlik Mailbox IMAP Connector Internal Server Time-Out when reading Sent Items

I have recently started using Qlik Web Connectors to monitor a reporting service email box. It is an Office 365 account. All is well until there's more than 1500 items to read. I have created a loop to have the script run and extract only 1 day's emails at a time and concatenate 2 weeks data. The mailbox activity exceeds 1500 records on Mondays and results in an error,

The following error occurred:

Internal Server Error

.... skipping that day's emails sent.

Is there a limit on the number of records that can be extracted with the Qlik Mailbox IMAP Connector? If so, are there any suggested workarounds?

Hi,

There shouldn't be a limit as far as I am aware. A few questions:

Just to be sure, is this the MessagesInFolder table of the IMAP connector?
Do you know that the issue starts at exactly 1500 items?
Is there any additional info in the QWC (Qlik Web Connector) logs which might give more info?
Is the
Internal Server Error

Text coming from the connector or from your own load script?

Yes, the MessagesInFolder table of the IMAP connector
It's actually at 1250 ... my apologies.
Where can I find the log?
This is the text coming from the connector: There was an error running the table (Error getting messages (Command Error. 10 (BAD).)) The Internal Server Error was from my QS load script.

If this is the Qlik Web Connectors 'standalone' package:

Then there should be a 'Log Files' tab in the web UI. If it's the sense integrated version then they are not so easily accessible to end users.
