SharePoint Connector

I am trying to use the SharePoint connector to access files on SharePoint instances to which I have guest access. In other words:

a) my account is user1@company1.com

b) user1@company1.com has been granted read and write access to folders on SharePoint sites belonging to company2 and company3

c) I can access files on company2 and company3 with no issues via e.g. Microsoft Teams

I have been able to successfully configure the Qlik Web Connector to access files on my own company, i.e. company1's, SharePoint instance. However, I get authentication errors for the other two companies.

The administrator for company 2 has tried just about every option for permissions without success.

Question: can the Qlik Office 365 Connector work with guest access or can it only work when accessing one's own company? If it can work, what needs to be done to facilitate that?

Hi - We have only developed and tested this so far with the use case of the user accessing content in their own sharepoint site so I would not expect the guest case to work.

If you are getting any specific error messages you could share it might be useful to us if we look into this in the future.
