DataTransfer Connection to OnPremise ODBC

Hi All,

I am trying to connect on premise database using ODBC from DataTransfer, i could establish connection and get the list of Owners but not able to see the databases. When i inspect the log file it says

localhost 3.19.2 Global ERROR Error: GetTablesCommand failed.
at getTables (C:\Program Files\Qlik\DataTransfer\DataUploadService\index.js:471:92205)
at processTicksAndRejections (internal/process/task_queues.js:94:5)

The issue is related to Windows' ODBC DSN setup on the machine where reload fails.
Below are some basic steps to troubleshoot this issue in Windows ODBC administrator tools.

Please check if ports are enabled and also refer to below article:

Hi PadmaPriya,

Yes you are correct, my other post was related to connection which is rectified. This is extended case of the same issue.

I am able to make connection using ODBC through DataTransfer and able to get the list of tables in empty schema but incase of large data sets i am not able to the list of tables itself. Do we need to make any specific configuration to handle large data sets or any limitations with odbc connector package ?
