Qlik DataTransfer Error while load

Hi All,

I have installed Datatransfer in onprem server and trying to upload data to SaaS. I am getting error saying "Reload Failed". I found the below detailed log from script folder. What could be the reason for this error ? Do we need to set any permission for the folder or is service has to run with certain privileges.

Error: Cannot open file: 'lib://qvd/...

System error: Failed to open file in write mode for file: C:\ProgramData\Qlik\DataTransfer\DataUpload\qixdata\con_test\..

I doubt if anti-virus is blocking the write permission to the folder.

Thanks for the information. I have checked all the settings nothing is blocked.

Direct file upload is working from the same folder but same is not working through "reload & upload" action from connection.

Do we have any option to edit the query for customization before reload and upload in DataTransfer.

Hi @manojkulkarni

Are you running the Qlik Data Transfer service as Local System or as a named user?

I would try making it a named user account and ensure that the user has full read / write / modify access to that folder. It is a staging area for files going up, so everything goes through there.

The other thing I have found is that the user account that has created the API Key must retain a full professional user on the Sense Tenant. If their licence changes then the data transfer will stop working.
