Help required with Web File Connector with May 2021 release

HI,

We've just moved from November 2020 to the May 2021 Patch 1 release but the Web File Connector (December 2020) is no longer working when authentication is required. This is on prem Qlik Sense to on prem Sharepoint. I don't think we ever had to touch the configuration file. It still works to on-prem Sharepoint where username/password is not required. It no longer works to on-prem Sharepoint that was set-up for the service account to access.

Any advice please?

Thanks. I was trying to explain that we had already installed them and they were working in the November 2020 release of Qlik Sense but stopped working once we moved to May 2021.

I should also stress that my query was relating to the Web File Connector and not the web connectors. The web file connector does not use those instructions - in fact the web connectors are not even installed on one of the servers where the web file connector currently works on the November 2020 release.
