I Can't find the OLE DB Connector

Hello,

I'm new to Qlik Sense. I just subscribed for a profesional account.

I'd like to connect my database Ms Access to Qlik Sense but I can't find the right connector.

The OLE DB Connector doesn't appear on the list. Am I missing something ?

Hi,

you should see this screen:

Create new app
Click on the big button "Add data in your app" and then you reach the screen I displayed.

Thank you for your time. I confirm you that I don't have the odbc connector :

Since I started with a trial account I wonder if my connectors's list was updated with new paid content.

may be it is based on paid license.

Yeah I think so. I paid the first level only a few days ago.

I will contact the support and see if I must upgrade my licence (next level is Qlik Sense Enterprise for big corporation and I'm a just a freelance 🤔).

So, I can't create a new case on the support portal...

It says : "There seems to be an issue while creating this case. Contact the community administrator."

I'm stuck. How to contact the technical support ?
