Newbie stuck! No way to discuss with QLIK whatsoever!!!!

I just registered my trial here, my previous experience is from MS platforms.

We're evaluating this platform between others and I'm totally frustrated.

I'm stuck to something elementary, ie connect to SQL Server DB.

I'm trying to find support and there's NO WAY to discuss with anyone!!! So poor experience, I'm really disappointed!!!

The QlikCommunity is one of the largest software-communities.

So if you are able to describe your struggle with qlik in a polite way containing as much detail as you can, you will get helpful answers from all over the world within minutes.

So give it a try 😉

Thank you for your answer. Members helping members is a nice option, over and above a company's decent support service - not a substitute. Yes, I can describe my struggle, but I don't want to share it with the community.

If this is how it works, never mind, we skip to the next candidate platform - there are quite a few of them.

Normally you are in contact with a qlik partner who is giving support while the evaluation process.
