Hi All,

we have used VM to install Qlik sense server and while installing used machine (like vm-reporting) as hostname as my qlik sense service user is a local user. Later we mapped the VM static ip in our domain manager to access the hub from outside. Now we are getting connection lost error while accessing the hub. It is successful when i try to open hub but gets connection lost error when i try to open an application using the domain name like https://test.domain.com/hub. If i use ip address (https://xx.xx.xx.xx/hub) instead of domain then there is no such issue. Added ip address, domain name (test.domain.com) in host white list (virtual proxies) and tried disabling firewalls but still this issue exits for domain url access. Please advise.
