QVD Encryption or other options

We are using SQL2016 enterprise for encryption within our database application. The data is of a very secure nature.

This replicates to the SQL 2016 shared reporting server where the ETLs will manipulate the encrypted data.

Qlik Sense will read the encrypted data through the ODBC or SQL connection.

If QVD storage is then used on the Qlik Sense server, can we maintain the encryption within Qlik or what else can be achieved for any data at rest?

Are there any other options for keeping the data encrypted?
