    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Wendy,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check the application logs in event viewer and see if you find any "Application error" which indicates the Qlik sense browser failure and find out the faulting module. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may see a path for the module there which will be associated with an application and then see if that application is running by opening the task manager. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try uninstalling the application or stopping the process of that and see if you are able to access the Qlik sense app or not&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BR,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ujjawal &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>QlikSense browser has stopped working</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I start using Qlik Sense two months ago, and recently I upgrade my Qlik Sense to the latest version (June 2017). When I tried to log in, there is an error message that "QlikSense.Browser has stopped working", and it forces to close the programme. As a result, I couldn't use Qlik Sense at all. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;How can I fix this problem? I have attached the log file.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
