So when i go to do a fresh install of qs desktop, I get an error.

Hi Make sure that the user through which you are installing has a full right and he is an administrator.

The error notifies that the user didint got permission to install or have right on the C drive.

I had to do the custom settings because it doesn't like a unc (network) address. So annoying because it previously installed on the network address and that is where i need it.
