    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to do the silent installation share persistence.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've succeeded in central node but not the rim not to join the cluster.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried removing the comment in the spc.cfg file for rim node. and below is the log created. but did not install the application on the rim node server. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have localdb in central, all services in central node is running and &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for cental I choose:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;rimnode=0 desktopshortcut=1 skipstartservices=1 installdir =&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;whereas for rim node,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;rimnode=1 &lt;SPAN style="color: #0f0f0f; font-family: Monaco, Menlo, Consolas, 'Courier New', monospace; font-size: 16px; background-color: #f4f4f4;"&gt;rimnodetype=Engine&lt;/SPAN&gt; desktopshortcut=1 skipstartservices=1 installdir&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;correct me if I'm wrong&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="Capture1.PNG" class="jive-image image-1" height="49" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/193848_Capture1.PNG" style="font-size: 13.3333px; height: 49.1371px; width: 677px;" width="677" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

OR you can use a small Linux samba box for file share and RDS for configuration. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
