Auto assignment of Custom Property

Hi everyone,

is there a way to auto assign a Custom Property?

I'm looking for a way to assign a Custom Property to user's objects (sheets and stories) once they are created.

Any hint is appreciated,

There is no much to add.

I need to be able to identify sheets/stories based on the custom properties they are marked with in order to filter sheets/stories for the users.

If we can auto assign the Custom Properties based on the user that is creating them, we will be able to keep the visibility of that sheet/story (once the are published to the community) even if the user that created the sheet/story has changed area (so if the Custom Property is assigned on creation, I'll be sure that when the user changes area the new object will have the new property set).
