June2017 patch 2 - Required to uninstall patch 1???

So I just saw this from support - June2017 patch 2 released.

The question I have is why make us uninstall patch 1????? Surely an incremental patch would have done?

Dear Qlik Sense user,

We are pleased to announce that Qlik Sense June 2017 Patch 2 (Build number 11.11.3) is now available on the download site. Qlik Sense June 2017 Patch 2 contains 7 bug fixes and the details on these can be found in the attached release notes **.

Please note, this release is ONLY downloadable as a patch and no full installation will be provided since it will need to be installed on top of Qlik Sense June 2017. In addition, if you are currently running June 2017 Patch 1, you will need to uninstall the Patch 1 update before installing Patch 2.
