      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently installed Qlik Sense November (I previously had the 3.2 version) and for some reason when I try to open an existing app it pops out the following error message : ""requested protocol method does not exist".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Filipe&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
