LDAP task failed when sync user data for existing users is uncheck

Hi Community,

I've got 3 LDAP connector, working well when Sync User data for existing users is check, but fail when it's uncheck.

These connector are working because I can retrieve 2 users who tried to log previously, and allocate a licence to them.

There is no special filter in the connector configuration, and as suggest by the help, Page Size of Search is set to 0.

I attach the user repo log, how to solve that?

Hi Mickael - You should adjust the page size and the synchronization time limit. It could be timing out while syncing lot of users in your user directory.

Hi Pranav,

thanks for your reply, I tried to change time out and page size, but the task still failed.

I don't think it come from a timeout because the status change to failed after less than 10 second.
